Horseback Riding Tours
Explore the rolling hills of our beautiful private finca (farm) on horseback as one of our qualified local guides leads you through lush tropical landscape which is home to lazily grazing cattle, sheep and horses. Here, without need of travelling on public roadways or busy parts of the beach (as do other horseback riding tours in the area), you can truly be at one with nature, feeling your spirit sigh with joyful peace as you deeply inhale the pura vida (pure life) for which Costa Rica is famous. Then, after meandering through the expansive finca, you will arrive at our private beach entrance which opens onto a secluded part of either Playa Guiones or Playa Garza where more incredible scenery – including spectacular sunsets over the Pacific Ocean – awaits. Duration: approximately 1.5 hours.
Horse Classes
For those wanting to learn more about caring for these majestic creatures, we offer lessons where you will go through the process of catching, grooming and tacking up a horse with the help and guidance of our friendly and knowledgeable staff. Once your horse is saddled up, ride ‘em cowboy! A popular activity with the younger crowd but suitable for anyone interested in learning. Duration: approximately 1 hour.
